    I have a couple of hundred webcam files that I would like to take and combined some of the files into one file because it's on the same subject line. How would I do this? Also how could I take a camera and turn on and off the video and it come out to one file?

    Try mpeg streamclip. Use the file->save function to save without reconvert.
