  1. Hi guys, so recently my Youtube Brand has been given a huge budget by the phone network 02. They've given us £600 ($995) and we're looking at 1 to 2 lenses.

We're shooting on a Canon 550D, most of what we shoot are mid-shots and head-shots (all video) and are usually just still camera. Generally speaking, we're looking for gorgeous quality. We already have an 18-55m and a 50m prime, all the rest of our equipment liked audio and accessories are all counted for.

Any Lens recommendations or advice at all?

    Thanks!

to be honest the 18-55 kit lens is horrid. a 50 f1.4 or f1.2 are excellent . my first choice would be a 24-105 f4 but it's a little over your budget, so maybe the 24-70 f4. try to stick to "L series" lenses when adding glass or you'll be replacing them again later with better products.
