Legend of Korra DVD has only closed captioning and I am deaf and depend on closed captioning. However the recent release of season 3 seems to have problems. I've tried it on 2 different computers and on DVD player. The closed captioning is extremely messed up and often missing 2 or 3 letters every few words. Since they are the same across 2 computers and DVD player, I am quite sure the problem is on the disc.
Is there something I can do about it? I have taken the disk back for exchange but that did not change the errors. I think either they hired a 3 year old to transcribe captioning or they had bad master disk to copy with.
If this can't be fixed on my end, can someone point me to an email address of the company that made these disk so I can complain about the quality? Maybe they aren't aware of problem?
