Problems with Smooth streaming

I'm trying to record the streaming from here: http://www.utopiatv.nl/live/overview/clip/2014-11-28 with RMC 5, but I get a .mkv file without timecode, and when I try to convert it in AVI it gets timecode but stops at 2.45, also if I recorded 10 minutes. Does someone know what is the problem? Thank you!

Does the mkv file play for the full amount of time (ie: 10 minutes)? If so, the problem is with your conversion tool. If not, it's a problem with the recording tool.

The file plays for the whole amount of time, but I can't see how long is it and I can't skip from a point to another.
