Does the maximum A/V 48 Mbps bitrate refer to a video plus the biggest audio stream or does this definition include video + the whole set of audio streams? I suppose it must be the first thing since there's also a maximum data transfer rate set to 54 Mbps, which I guess it includes everything on each transport stream. Could someone please get me out of doubt?
