Is there any way this video can be saved?

Newbie here, and I mean to the whole video record/download thing, not just this site, so bear with me.
I'd like to know if there's any way this video can be saved : http://www.lamarcardinals.com/allaccess/?media=407509 (it's a basketball game, as you'll see the quality isn't the greatest and also the playback isn't very smooth). I've tried with both Tubedigger and IDM, I've installed like 3 different (registered) versions of both programs to no avail. Actually IDM does show the download button for an FLV file 2 h 6 mins long, but when I click on it nothing happens. From a quick overview of this forum I've seen that programs like FFMPEG and rtmpdump get mentioned a lot, if any of you experienced people can give me a hint and just tell me which program does the trick I'll do my homework and will do my best to learn more about it. Thanks for your attention (also, English is not my first language so I hope that what I wrote actually makes sense).
