    hi friends i m new here ..

    how can i convert DTS audio in to

    HE-AAC / LC ,
    Sampling rate : 48.0 KHz / 24.0 KHz

    in around 40 mb size

  3. There's a lot of audio converters capable of converting DTS to AAC. Depending on the length of the audio and the number of channels 40mb might be a bit optimistic. You'd probably want to mix multichannel audio down to stereo in the process.
    MeGUI's audio converter will do it. You can use the audio section to convert just audio (no need to convert video too). It uses the NeroAAC encoder (you may need to download it separately). The encoder configuration gives you options for changing the sampling rate and downmixing to stereo etc. You can choose between constant or adaptive bitrate encoding (so you'd work out the bitrate required for the desired file size and use that) or you can use the quality encoding method where you pick the quality and the bitrate will be whatever it needs to be.
