Plz help me lift the curse off those files!

I have a bunch of files in the VPA6 codec, mkv container, they contain two video streams, they cause a lot of playback problems on mpc and vlc, i already started a thread about them here to figure out how to play them, now i want to batch convert them, hopefully losslessly without having to reencode them to a format that is playable everywhere inluding on my android devices, thx
