Well, all this talk of fav films I thought I would throw my 2 cents worth in.

Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence (beautifully filmed, a real treat to watch) I saw it at the cinema when it was first released, Before most of you were born.
Performance (Donald Cammel is the unsung hero of British cinema)
Forest Gump (revisionist history flick)
One flew over the cuckoos nest (what can I say. If you don’t cry at the end you don’t have a heart)
Get Carter (not the remake, the original bad ass gangster flick)
The Thing (John Carpenter is a genius)
