I have a divx file which has a frame rate of 24.032 fps. There is no template for that frame rate in TPMGenc.
I've tried both NTSC templates but the sound is off after I encode the file.
Do I have to use a template or can I go ahead with out one?
Will it still work on my DVD player if I do?
What should I try?
I have A Sony DVP-S550D.

VCD specification is 25fps , that's why TMPGEnc has the template.
However after you load a template, load the unlock template, then you can change it... BUT ! that does not mean it will work at all on your DVD player. It may also upset your authoring program.
There is only one way to find out, is there not ?
