  1. Hi there

I have just bought an Pioneer A04 DVD-r. And right away i started making a SVCD out of one of my DVD's, I wanted to burn it to a DVD-r so I won't have to change disc 4 times during the movie (Like on cd-r's) But I cant get Nero to make an SVCD on an DVD-r disc

It's not possible to just copy the original directly because the movie is too long. What can I doo?

    Please help me

    Kind regards
    Lars

You can not burn in svcd mode on a dvdr (even if you could or if you burn in standard dvdiso mode it would not work on most standalone dvd players).

Instead convert the dvd to standard dvd, www.vcdhelp.com/dvdripping.htm#dvd

  3. I use a Panasonic LFD 321 Burner, DVDiT and the Tempaltes that can be found on the www.kvcd.net site. Sometimes I burn just one move to a DVD-R or as many as three in the SVCD format. If I use on I use the KDVD templates and I can get a 2 Hour 30 moive (or more) on one DVD-R in DVD Compliant format. Regardless of what Template I use I get great results each time.
