    I'm encoding a avi movie to mpg using TMPGEnc and everything seems cool except in the middle of the window it says "analysing and I've neber seen this before, is it ok? will the end mpg be ok? is this normal? please let me know before I encode for hours and hours. Thanks

    Why not start, and stop after 2 min's ? check output ?

    Click the start button to start encoding and wait a few minutes and click stop, then check what it made.
