Can someone help? rtmpdump

rtmpdump --live -r rtmp://217.23.8.232:2195/live/channel13 -p http://streamsdirect.info/ -W http://supremecater.com/player/src.swf -T 8x3a1o9j1o3xg9p7 -q | ffmpeg -i - -re -isync -acodec copy -vcodec copy -b 659k -f flv "rtmp://********/live/livestream"

I tried everything to get this working and have checked to see if the site has the feed up which they do
I'm trying to dump the stream to my site but no luck, everything was working perfectly fine until they got a new player,
could someone try this out and see if they could find out what the problem is?

The site had my server ip blocked so tried from another server and got it working
