    I am downloading some Red vs. Blue Seasons from Rooster Teeth.com What is the best program to easily join these videos & when I say play them in VLC. To not open multiple windows etc

    Make a playlist in vlc?

    Beacuse it's not that easy to join video, the video must have same settings and it may cause sync problems. But you can try join with mymp4boxgui or yamb.

    They do seem to have the same settings. But no matter what programs I have tried. Including the two listed above. There are always multiple windows opened

    avidemux, open mp4, file->append the rest, save a new mp4.

    I don't know any other good free mp4 joiners.
