need help with editing a h264 video file

i'm having trouble cutting a clip from this file. i've tried a few things and nothing seems to work. it either doesn't load the thing or it freezes and i jsut have to close iit.

i read somewhere on here where someone said to use vdub. so i did and used it with x264vfw and ffdshow with h.264 enabled in the vfw interface. i got this http://img687.imageshack.us/img687/7218/vdub.jpg


can anyone help?

Be sure that you aren't mixing 64bit versions. Like use virtualdub 32 bit and ffdshow 32 bit.


You can also try avidemux or solveigmm avi trimmer if you haven't already.
