  1. I've got some DivX5 videos. Virtualdub shows they are 23.97 fps. TMPGEnc converts them fine using the included VCD (NTSCFilm) template. However, when I import them into Philips VCD 2.0 Toolkit, I'm greeted with "The file <filename> is not a valid Video, Audio, or MPEG file." Anyone have any suggestions?

  2. Anyone? Please let me know if there's any more info I can give you. The MPEGs I get from TMPGEnc work fine in Roxio VCD Creator and Ulead DVD MovieFactory. It's only the Philips kit that rejects them. Any help is greatly appreciated.

  3. Come on! I can't be the only one with this problem. There's gotta be a way to get VCD-compliant files out of TMPGEnc. I've gone through the DivX to VCD guide step-by-step, but I can't get anything to work.
