Hey guys, I have a dvd I've converted to .mpg with Vob2Mpg, trimmed some excess footage off the ends with Sony Vegas, exported as .avi, and am now about to add some cool intro/outro in After Effects.
I'd like to break up the DVD into chapters, with a cool menu, and make some DVD copies with my video now.
What's everyone's preferred method/software for doing this kinda stuff? Right now I'm leaning toward DVD Flick.

You don't break a DVD into chapters. Chapters are just markers on a continuous timeline. If you break the video into parts you get multiple titles, which can cause issues with smooth playback, jumping to the next title etc.
DVD Flick is one option. If you want more flexibility on chapter placement then look at something like GuiForDVDAuthor or DVD Styler. It takes a little more work, but you get much more professional resultsRead my blog here.
