I had an idea and gave it a try and found that it wasn't bad. I had Meet The Parents DVD ripped and encoded in TMPGenc using Sefy's SeVCD template but chaged the bitrate to 950kb's CQ100 and Audio at 128 dual channel. The resulting file was 765mb for 103 minutes (1 hour 43 Minutes). What I did that made the quality good was set the source of the video to 16:9. This made the resulting movie look widescreen (black bars top and bottom) but the slightly smaller picture made up the difference for the 950kb's. I burned with Nero on an 80 minute cd and it plays great. With the file at 765mb it is possible to up the bitrate even higher and still fit 103 minutes on one 80min disc or 950kb's would make a longer movie say 107 minutes. Give it a try it really isn't bad.

You should just use standard stereo rather than dual channel for the audio as it will yield better quality (there will be a more efficient allocation of bits between the left and right channel).
