I have a VCR set up which is connected to the video card. The coaxial is connected to the VCR, then I have a RCA cable connecting from the video out of the VCR to the video in of the video card. When I load up Intervideo, all I get are grey lines. What am I doing wrong?

Check to make sure it's plugged into "IN", not "OUT".
Next, do you have "S-Video" selected? Or "Composite"?
I've got the Gainward Ti 4200 one, and when I cap in V-Dub, it always seems to default to "Composite" first, I have to go manually under "Source" and select the right one.
The wrong selection, and I get the same lines. Try that...
