OK I'm pretty certian i have seen this problem posted before, but i have searched for it with out any luck .

First off I have got a decently fast computer (1.2 amd 266fsb/ 256mb ram ddr/ 64mb radeon video/ 30gb HD). I have been making vcd for about a year now. A couple of weeks ago I decided to get a DVR-104 to try my hand at making dvd. It was ordered on the net. So in waiting for it to be delivered i ripped a couple of dvd's that were under 4.3 gb. I edited with ifoedit. Got the burner and burnt them to dvd. No problems played in all set top players i tried perfectly. (used nero to burn)

Then I decided to try to encode a divx in to dvd and author using DWS to make chapter and menus. The files were smaller like 2gb. This also worked about the same. (I made the dvd folder using dws and burnt with nero) .

Then There was a dvd that was over the magic size of 4.3 gb. I followed the guide on how to do this (ripping to mp2 and encoding with rempeg). Anyway i decided to author with DWS 1.0 instead of DVDit!. DWS acted really buggy with this large file (locking up alot). SO i decided to get DVDit! PE. I really like this program. It was very simply to figure out and use. The problem came with I made the DvD folder and burnt (using Nero). The disc played in my PC, but would lock up in my Set top Player when I tried to play the main movie. I would really like to be able to use DVD it! but I really do not want to waste alot of Dvd-r's( set top=No Dvd-RW) in troubleshooting. Can Someone please Help?
