Can someone comment on AverTV Studio ?? Good?Bad?

I'll buy a card soon and the local vendor only hold 2 products.
One is Avermedia AVertv Studio, and the other is Leadtek Winfast win2000xp...

I'm considering buying one of them. And Looking for comments or
comparison on these two.
