    How can I convert swf file (200KB) to any format that can be called from PowerPoint?
    Can I make a self-extracting exe from the swf?

    If the swf now only contains video it might be possible to convert with for example super.

    But you probably have to use screen recorder like Camstudio or https://www.videohelp.com/tools/sections/desktop-screen-capture and record while you play the swf.
