I am try around 50 converters, but not found any decent.
AllToAvi dropped by author and has many bug.
Xvid4PSP ver.4 dropped by author and conficted with modern codec pack.
WinMenc almost good, but i am can not set different track id for different files and avc-mkv to psp has a/v outsync.
Almost all other converters, what say in description about subtitles support in reality supported only .srt, .ass files or has subtitle choose combobox. Always empty subtitle combobox
Also. Please! Save my brain and my time!
DO NOT advice me any converter what "may be" support subtitles. Only if you do it personally.
DO NOT advice me something like "use mkvtool, virtualdubmod, ffdshow control panel, mencoder commandline, etc". Try convert in this difficult way some average serial (26 or 52 files with different number of tracks) first.

I am try it also. The subtitle choose window IS empty. Audio track selectable. The most fun in this situation is fact, what if press button "MediaInfo" inside Format Factory itself - we can see text track info.
