Ok I recorded a video that either the DV tape or the camera was working badly. The video has parts in it where on the side of it changes to a bunch of different multi color pixels. Which causes a blurry color around the border of the video. It's kinda of like the colors get scrambled around the edge. And the audio cuts in and out and sometimes has some chirps in it. OK Is there anything I can do? Software? Overlay the videos, also anything to correct the audio as well? I'm using sony vegas 9
Thanks for any help!
