    It's in my program folder but when I start it says"failed to initialize".I ran
    every reg.utility(Norton,regcleaner)but they don't find a problem.I tried
    reinstalling MMC7.7...same result.

    You could try to uninstall MMC, but instead of uninstall, choose "repair" instead.
