I have ripped a chinese dvd with smart ripper, and ripped everyting. I would like to know how I can use the ifo files, and the vob files to create a vcd with english subtitles. I understand it will be permanet, and I would prefer that (dont understand mandarin).
I have tried using dvdx2.0 and it didnt work.. aspi conflicts probably with xp.
I tried Flask didnt work. No subtitle option
I tried subtitle creator and similar program.. didnt know what to do with it.
And I have tried to use a combination of virtual dub and some other thing which I couldnt figure out.
So if anyone can help, preferably compatable with xp. I would be very grateful

There is another program you use (I forget the name right now) that creates a file that you use in conjunction with a Virtualdub plug in which works quite nicely.
