I have a Pentium III (900mhz) with VGA card ASUS 6600 equiped with video-in for capture. I have already captured from VHS source 30 minutes of video and finally made a VCD. I have used almost all different methods and s/w for capture, encode and author, but result is not very good. I have no dropped frames when capturing. If I buy a Pinnacle Studio Deluxe card, do you think that I will have better results in capturing and in final product (compared to ASUS 6600 deluxe) ?
