Hi
I'm thinking of buying the Pioneer DVD burner.
I know the blanks are still around the £8 mark, but if
I do go ahead with it does anyone know the best burn
software to use. I need to copy films and the like with
all there protections. Also can you burn PS2 games with
one of these, and are the games protected like some of
the PS1 games.
Thanks

You need to read the Pioneer DVD specs. the unit is not capab;le of copying protected DVD's (it cannot write the encrypted protection section).

You'd have to defeat the copy protection on the DVD you want to copy in order to copy it. If that part of the equation is ok with you, why on Earth would you then want to copy-protect your copy? If you wanted a copy-protected DVD, you'd just hang on to the one your purchased and be done with it.
Sheesh.
