Experience in Swish Flash to AVI to MPG1

Hello,

anyone out there with experience to use Swish Flash for animated menues?

So far, exporting to AVI from Swish, then converting to MPG1 by TMPGEnc works.

However, I am wondering about
- movie dimensions (width x length)
- TV screen cropping
- best frame rates
- how to avoid flickering

Update
I've done my first VCD using an animated menue created by Swish .
It doesn't look too bad on the final VCD...
Swish is intended to create web page Flash animations, but exports to AVI, too.
2nd step: Using TMPGEnc, convert the AVI to mpg1
3. AUTHORING & Burning:
VCDImager and cdrdao + Windows frontend

Anyone interested in details or discussion, sample .SWI files?

Pls advise.
