durabrand dur-7 (November 2005)

Does anyone have the hack code for the USA dur-7 DVD player

manufacturered November 2005.

I have tried the "stop 9735"

I can see the region code but i cant get to it using the cursor up or down (it will not highlight) so I can change it to europe or multi-region

Can anyone help

ps I have tried all other Durabrand hack codes posted on this site before this date (27 May 2006)

A few years later but worth a shot. Did you find out how to access the region option from the menu?

Hi there - sorry to tell you this but no - never managed to get it working on multi-region. In the end i brought another american dvd player and managed to get one to work multi region. - some you win and some you lose - sorry i know this doesnt help you.

Wow! I never thought I would get a reply being how distant in time the posts were. But that's what forums are for. Thank you very much for answering, I guess I have to move around my DVD players then.

I can honestly say - that i am a creature of habit - i have used the same email address for years and years - and the forum.videohelp emailed me the response from you today that I left in 2005. Therefore, all i had to do was read your email and then go back onto the internet and go back onto this forum and post you a kindly reply - because as you say "thats what forums are all about" hehehehe
