Cover Art Tagged onto Wmv-hd (h264) File

Hi Reader
I would like to know how to add, tag cover art to my wmv-hd files so when i view them in my xbox 360 library theres a pic and not a icon of a video symdol.

I found a program called audioshell (its a shell addon for properties when right clicking on a file) that adds cover art and i have added some to a Mp4 file but it wont add to a wmv-hd file it tries but when you apply and then click ok its not there.
So is there any way of adding cover art to wmv-hd files,
Maybe when encoding or something it can be done as i have a wmv-hd file that has one which i didnt encode myself which has made me want to do this cause it looks great and i really wanna know how to this.

Any help would be great.

I tried both Audioshell and Tag & rename and they both wont work for wmv but great for MP4. it just sux because it takes so much longer to convert to mp4 than it does wmv.
