Should be able to do that on just about any software, download the demo for Sony Vegas Movie Studio and see how you like it, I think the big platinum version with extras is only around $100 (if you are a student then you can get it for much less from places like Studica.com). Also look for VLMC due out sometime next month, it will be free and might do 90% of what you would ever want to do http://vlmc.org/ . There is really nothing special in that video that would take more than some of the freeware editors except for the opening and that was some kind of 3D stuff produced by another person. Capturing the game play is another issue and I'm sure there are many threads on that already.

After that please learn some editing skills and maybe learn how to tell some kind of story. The video in your link was pretty disconnected and made no real sense other than shouting "look at me, I'm so great". Learn to put together some kind of story and your stuff will be much better than the above jumbled fragments of "stuff".
Hope is the trap the world sets for you every night when you go to sleep and the only reason you have to get up in the morning is the hope that this day, things will get better... But they never do, do they?

Yes indeed, I hope your intention isn't to create more disjointed crap like you linked to. You can do a better job with 'cuts only' if you actually have a script and story.
