    I HAD LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES REGARDING SVCD TAKING UP ALOT OF SPACE ON 80 MIN 700 MG CDR AND ONLY RECORDING 40 MIN OF 78 MIN SEG OF MOVIE IT PLAYS FINE NOW BUT THE APEX 1500 IS TRICKY SOMETIMES IT STOPS AFTER 30 MIN 40 MIN. REMOTE IS ERRATIC AT TIMES AND THE DOOR WONT OPEN OR CLOSE SOMETIMES BUT THATS THE PRICE YOU PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT WILL PLAY ANYTHING YOU THROW AT IT THE MACHINE DOES LIVE UP TO ITS SPECIFICATIONS BUT IT DOES HAVE FLAWS

    I have the same player and it performs well 99% of the time.

    Im trying to create menus and the player does not play them, but then again it could be contributed that I maybe doing them wrong

    dont get me wrong i love the machine its just that every once in awhile it acts up the phrase "no disc" when you insert any type of media is not in the apex 1500 vocabulary thats why its great
