Hello,
Now that I have a surround sound system I have noticed the sound much more in my Dvd ripping. Is it possible to rip from Dvd to Vcd and get the 5.1 surround sound? I just tried one using the Pinnoy guide to get the best audio possible and to me it seems to sound the same as when I rip with the regular 2 channel sound and just hit the surround button on my remote which gives the appearance of surround sound for disks that do not have it. I guess my main question is what is the best possible sound that you can get? Thanks.
