Has anyone seen the HP slimline desktop?:

My family just got one and I reallly like it and its really space saving.
However look at the inside:
Everything seems to be pack in a tiny space. Is this bad for the computer in terms of heat? Wouldn't bigger space such as a full size desktop be better for air flow?
Is this good for video editing? HP told me that it is upgradable but I am not sure about that.
Should I get a slimline or a full/normal size desktop?
THe specs for the slimline is:
230 watt power supply
Intel(R) Core(TM) 2 Quad processor Q8200 [2.33GHz]
3GB DDR2-800MHz SDRAM [1x2048,1x1024]
500GB 7200 rpm SATA 3Gb/s hard drive
256MB NVIDIA GeForce 9300 & TV tuner
Integrated 5.1 channel sound with front audio ports

Smaller cases are more prone to overheating problems. Non-standard power supply difficult to replace. Which you already need to do as it is a bit weak, though there is likely no room for the extra hard drive you will probably need, much less additional optical drive.
Avoid this box like the plague upon mankind that it obviously is.
Full-size case avoids all these problems.
