I think one of my older drives is failing. It's starting to click. Problem is I have 5 drives in my tower and my ear isn't sharp enough to pickup which drive is failing...
The drive clicks loudly but is not consistent... Yesterday it clicked 2 or 3 times over 4 hours. It was doing this about 2 months ago then stopped clicking altogether...
Any free apps to identify which drive it could be?
TIA

look for a s.m.a.r.t. hard drive diagnostic program. or the manufacturer's own programs.
