Trying to make an mpg from a divX file. The guide I am using says to use VideoCD (PAL).mcf because my fps is 25.000. Doesn't seem to match correctly but neithe die any of the other selections. Any advice appreciated.

It wont match, it will convert it to what is required for a fully compliant VCD.
