I am trying to add subtitles to my videos but when I go to open the *.vdr file in TMPGEnc it asks me for the MSVCR70.dll file. I have reinstalled TMPGEnc and it still didnt work. Can someone email me this file if they have it? ( tysi@starband.net ) Or point me in the right direction...
I am following the tutorial here: http://www.vcdhelp.com/subsvirtual.htm
Thanks!
Ty

Thank you. I was able to fine the dll file and I put a subtitle on one of my video rips fine. However when I tried to put it on the next one it told me it could not open the vdr file.
According to the post you gave me I need to somehow get the vdub 1.4.9 handler... I cannt even find a working link to download 1.4.9... can anyone help me?

You can download the latest versions here:
http://virtualdub.sourceforge.net/
However, it works just fine with version 1.4.10.
