What are the best settings to use in TMPGEnc to encode anime DivX files to VCD and XVCD? So far I can think of is setting Quantize Matrix to CG/Animation, Motion Search Precision to High Quality, and using TooLAME for sound. Any other settings that would help? Would enabling noise reduction, sharpen edge, soft block noise make it better or worst for anime? The videos I'm using are mostly in 640x480 format and about 24 minutes each file. They are fansubs from digital fansub groups. I'm looking to make the quality real good, as close as to the original DivX file. I'm not worrying about size, but yet I don't want it to be time consuming. The quality of the source DivX seems to be pretty good.
