In order to add this to the Tool Comments page, I'd have to enter bogus ratings #s for the form to accept it, and I did not want to do that.
The wanadoo.nl link has been dead for a long time, but if you hunt through pages of Google hits, you can probably still find v.8, the last free version. (And that applies to most items like this that can no longer easily be found.) I did, and scans showed no malware. Haven't tried it yet, as I'm using the current Orbit Downloader (free) with good results so far, and I doubt a WMR version this old could be as capable.
Even if something is very outdated, programs that have been withdrawn or "disappeared" really bug me, as do dead links. I'm not sure if this is where I found the older version (site is in German), but it's the only bookmark I could find that looks like it could be.
