    Hi guys,

    I need to watermark an mpeg4 video. I am quite new to the mpeg technologies.

    May I ask how do I start by reading in mpeg4 file using VC++6?

    I know how to program VC6++ . But I am not sure how to read MPEG4 frame by frame, then do Discrete cosine transform etc.
