I wanted to introduce myself to this community.

As a CEO of a large call center, my main focus when training is to film my agents. Video taping a phone call in progress involves the same phonetics study along with non-verbal communication to understanding how body posture, facial expressions, hands as an illustrator and motion can dramatically improve a voice and projection. Trainees must be a third party observer in order to make the necessary mental changes themselves. The only way anyone can make great strides in self-improvement is to be humbled by their own criticism. Self monitoring and reflection is what will make your telemarketing team rank among the most proficient sounding in the business.


This forum is going to be very helpful to me. I look forward to sharing ideas with other forum members.

WTF? IMO (and in my experience) your first posts reads awfully close to many of the spam emails I've gotten. Also, I'm not exactly sure what this site has to offer in regards to your message, as it is more technical than production. Also2, I think your sig counts as advertising.

I always like to make my first post somewhat interesting and far from the traditional "Hello" post. My experience is in film and production, but in order to create a first class project, I need more technical experience. The call center training videos that I make may not seem as interesting as a Hollywood block buster, but I have plans on making a real life Costa Rican call center documentary and would like to increase my library on professional training videos for my staff. My initial strong point, there are many beautiful women working at my center. This country is know for it.

The VIDEOHELP forum is very enjoyable reading in my down time. I realize that there is a lot more to know.

And allow me to stand corrected, Papa Smurf never actually spoke that phrase, it was Brainy trying to get points with everyone. Good memory.
