I followed the TVersity guide on afterdawn to stream videos to my xbox360.
    http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/stream_video_xbox_360_tversity.cfm

I downloaded an mp4 video clip from google and it worked great.

When I tried a 23min avi file It does work except 2 things:

    1) the video freezes every now and again which I attribute to my 800mhz amd athlon cpu being at 100% when trying to stream.

    2) the video is displaying upside down AND mirrored (the left and right is switched)

Has anyone ever heard of such a thing? If so what can I do to fix this?
    I would appreciate any help!

    1) Some videos are transcoded/converted in realtime to wmv because the xbox 360 only supports wmv and some mp4. Try reduce the video resolution under the Settings->Transcoder and see if it helps. But if you just have a 800mhz athlon cpu I don't think it will help.

    2) Probably some codec problem. Have you installed any codec packs? I just have ffdshow and ac3filter and it works fine together with tversity.

I have ffdshow, maybe I will uninstall and reinstall the latetest version.

Is there like true uninstall tool that will rid my registry of everything ffdshow. or is the uninstall.exe good enough

  4. Other people have reported the same inversion/mirror behaviour with TVersity and the XBox360 due to a problem with the latest versions of ffdshow.
