  1. Is there a way to get better quality on VCD playback on a Mac or PC without having the Quicktime "blur" or white-distortions, plus, when played on a PC the audio seems to be out-of-sync with the video. My friend from work has a DVD player that also plays VCDs and when played back on it, the VCDs look wonderful. So, I know it's nothing with the VCD itself, is there anything that can be done to fix the problems when viewing them on a computer? Thanx in advance.

    There's your first problem right there. PC's never work as intended.
