  1. HI my friends, each time I finish my dvd to vcd conversion. When I want to record it into vcd format using nero, NTI, easy cd creator.... None of them works right. I demultiplex and remultiplex again using bbmpeg sotware, but unfornately it still doesn't work. I am pretty sure the convertion is very successfully finished. smart ripper, dvd to avi, graphedit, templempeg, bbmpg, those softwares were using for the convertion. I didn't miss one step in the convertion, the movie looks great in pc! very good quality. But every time I trying to burn onto Cds, the cds will not work. I mean it can't play, the dvd play still can't recognize the VCD. Sometimes it does, but stopped and said PDF 00.00.00 no picture no audio. Oh man, I am so frastrated by this. anyone can help me, the god bless you.
thank you very much My friend. I really appreciate you, just do you best to help me. If you can't, that's OK. thank you! ChenMengxi

  3. I'm pretty new to this, but the other day I did my first VCD with a CD-R and my DVD player said no valid disc. So I tried a CD-RW and it worked perfectly. So maybe this solution is too simple, but try a CD-RW disc. Let me know if that works.

  4. if it plays fine on your comp, but just won't recognize in your dvd player either 1) your dvd player is one of the VERY VERY few that can't play vcds (either at all, or on cdr/w media), check the dvd players list on the site. or 2) you burned it bad. what app do you use to make the vcd?

  5. I have a LG-Cd writer, which is 12x with 8MB buffer. At begining I thought my system crashed or I have a fatal software conflicts so I format my harddrive and download nero and NTI and VCD image from http://www.vcdhelper.com
Because the CD-r doesn't works, can't play on PC and DVD players. I have two DVD players, one can't read CD-r and cd-rw. So I bought a new recently, is a toshiba dvd player $270 works fine; and it reads the Cd-r and Cd-rw too. Before I have convert a movie and copied onto Cd-r and Cd-rw works fine. BUt now everytime I try to copy onto Cd-r and Cd-rw doesn't work anymore.
I was Using DVD2AVI process VIdeo and Audio, but DVD2AVI can't slove the audio sync promblem. Right now, I only use DVD2 AVI process video and using DR.evil and Graphedit to process audio. In the Tmpeg, I selected video and audio and Encoded two files. For some reasons, I want to inprove the quality. I did a extra job, demutlplex and remutilplex used BBmpeg. The finished MPG movie can play on the PC, and I can write it in NEro using File format, but NOt VCD or SVCD format. Eachtime I using VCD format and drag the file; the NEro automatically says YOUr mpeg files is not for VCD. You can disable the V.20 performance or reencode the Mpeg file. I did both of the solutions, which are nero gave to me.Noe of them works right, When I trying copy the mpeg files into VCD format. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. I REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR companionable HELP! THANK YOU! GOD BLESS YOU!
