Guys,
If I open an .avi file in TMPGenc to encode to PAL mpeg I have to always lower the FPS to 30 (default is 60 I think) If I do change this setting the output Mpeg is always pixellated? badly. Most of the avi's I use are straight from IRC
Also when I try to burn any mpeg encoded by TMPGenc in Nero it always want to re-encode the file why?
Can anyone advise the best settings I should use to enable best quality output ?
Even at 30fps I have had some playback problems with the video 'shuddering' every few seconds..Any help greatly received
Thanks to all who have helped me before..Im a bit new to this !
