how can I create mpeg2-TS clip composed of one (only one!!!) black frame?

please don't ask me why a need it =)

I try to do this in Canopus pro coder - but this programm create movies with the minimum 25 frames.

Other pragram TMPGEnc can create 1 frame movies but can't convert it to MPEG2 transport stream

can anybody help me?
I'll be very grateful for your help

It's better than the English of some of the people here who are native speakers. Everything you wrote was very easy to understand.

VideoReDo has the ability to save files in MPEG-TS format, so you could make a file with black frames and edit the file in VideoReDo, save one frame and convert it to TS format. VideoReDo is free to try, but you need to buy it if you use it for more than 15 days.
