I have a Kodak EasyShare Dx4530, and it records a low-quality .MOV video file, and, that file, alone, won't be handled by Sony Vegas, but, I can currently do it by making it an iPod video and dealing with it that way, but, is there any other format I could use from these videos to keep the same video size? I use SUPER to convert my videos.

At a wild guess, it is probably mjpeg inside an mov container - a common format for still camera videos. If SUPER will open it, you could convert it to huffyuv instead, inside an avi container. Vegas will work fine with Huffyuv.

How do you make a title screen in Vegas? Do you have to import an image for that?

Down the bottom where the file explorer is are a series of tabs. One is called Media Generators (or similar). There are text generators for static text, as well as for scrolling credits.
