I didn't know where to post this and I hope this is the right place.
i have been using AnyDVD for sometime now xpsp2 notebook Pentium 4, Toshiba, I have had no problems doing a d/l. I Reboot and the new version is working and in my TaskBar.
But not this time.
I just installed, or rather our Office Software techie just installed NAV 2007 a work requirement.
He googled and found that some users have to disable NAV 2007 to d/l the AnyDVD where the 2006 version this was not necessary.
He did this disabling and used the uninstaller and did a Reg clean and did a fresh install of the latest version and it still would not work.
He then did an Uninstall of this new version, a Reg clean and still with the NAV 2007 disabled he reinstalled my last version that I had on my notebook 6.1.5.5 and it worked fine. Of course a Reboot was done.
Has anyone experience with this New version?? Any suggestions???
I would appreciate comments, thankyou.
