Whoa whoa, if this is for a real flight you better not be using freeware applications to plan your flight. Unfortunately proper flight planning software is expensive, though you should be able to make do with the old fashioned way with charts and a calculator. What sort of aircraft are you taking? Are you certain you want to take it over water? Have you taken into consideration airspace permissions for every country? Though perhaps they're all under the same EU rules for most of the flight.

This seems a bit ludicrous if you're actually a licensed pilot. With all the training required just for a private pilot's license here I can't honestly believe someone would be looking to freeware for such a flight plan. Go get a copy of Jeppesen FliteStar for Europe. Another option is Jeppesen's new online flight planning which has a subscription fee. I've not tried it but I would assume it has all the latest information as well as support for your flight planning.
